Xbox insider and Windows Central journalist Jez Corden has once again raised the topic of multiplatform Xbox. Corden said that all games from Xbox studios will eventually be released on PlayStation, even such flagships as Gears, Halo, and Forza. Perhaps Redfall will appear there as well. He also mentioned the future of the ecosystem as being more "Steam-like", with the ability to download additional launchers or stores like on PC.

The advantage is that prices will be more affordable thanks to sales, and the ecosystem will become more open to developers. Meanwhile, Xbox hardware will be focused on a specific niche.

THQ Nordic will hold its gaming presentation on August 2. It will feature announcements of new games, as well as details of Gothic 1 Remake and Titan Quest 2, and "even some surprises".
